Hi, I'm Pride the founder of JobFinds.

With over 10 years in the South African job market as a Senior IT Recruiter and HR Consultant, I've worked on both sides of the hiring table. I've partnered with companies across banking, healthcare, IT, finance, and business consulting, screening thousands of CVs, supporting hiring decisions at every level, and learning exactly what makes employers say yes.

But I've also been on the other side.

I know what it feels like to be unemployed, the uncertainty, the silence after applications, the self-doubt that creeps in when the market feels impossible to crack. That experience never left me, and it's a big part of why JobFinds exists.

What I kept seeing in my recruiting career frustrated me: talented, capable people losing out on opportunities, not because they weren't good enough, but because they didn't have the right guidance, the right tools, or the right visibility. That gap felt unnecessary. And fixable.

So I built JobFinds to fix it.

This platform is where I put everything I've learned, the insider knowledge, the CV mistakes I've seen kill applications, the job sources most people don't know about, and the practical advice that actually moves the needle.
My goal is simple: to make job searching feel less overwhelming and more within your control. You don't need to figure this out alone.
