Hi, I’m Joy Rankwe, founder of JobFinds, and a Senior Recruiter and HR Business Partner with over 10 years of experience in the South African job market.

Over the years, I have worked with both job seekers and employers across industries including banking, healthcare, IT, finance, and business consulting. I have screened thousands of CVs, supported hiring processes at different levels, and gained firsthand insight into what employers look for when selecting candidates.

I created JobFinds to help people access real opportunities, practical career guidance, and support that can make the job-search process feel clearer and more manageable. Having also experienced unemployment myself, I understand how discouraging and overwhelming the job market can feel.

What I have seen time and time again is that many people miss out on opportunities not because they lack potential, but because they do not always have the right guidance, tools, or visibility.

That is why JobFinds exists.

My goal is to make job searching more accessible, more empowering, and more effective by sharing direct vacancies, useful resources, and career advice that genuinely helps people move forward with confidence.
