Responsibilities:

Inventory/Stock Management Administration:
• Assist with daily tasks related to inventory administration, following guidance and support.
• Support the planning and coordination of monthly and year-end physical inventory counts.
• Assist in reviewing and analyzing inventory data for discrepancies.
• Support the establishment and monitoring of cycle counting schedules.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all inventory transactions.
• Assist in generating and analyzing weekly inventory reports.
• Help maintain inventory control procedures and policies.
• Assist in preparing for and supporting warehouse audits.

Treasury and Cash Management Administration:
• Assist with daily cash management operations, including updating cashbooks, processing receipting, and compiling data for fund transfers.
• Support the process of updating and reporting on daily forecasted and actual cash outflows.
• Assist with bank account maintenance tasks.
• Support credit card management administration.
• Assisting with the closure of banking allocations tickets.
• Assist with loading banking details on the banking platform.

Assist with Internal Audits:
• Coordinate with internal audit teams to gather necessary financial information.
• Review financial records and processes for compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
• Identify potential areas of risk and recommend corrective actions.

Prepare for External Audits:
• Gather and organize financial documents for external auditors.
• Respond to auditor queries and requests for information.
• Assist in addressing audit findings and recommendations

Education and Experience:

Education
•Diploma or Degree in Financial Accounting

Experience
• 2-3 years of experience in a financial administration, accounts payable, or similar support role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Sage) is advantageous.
