Job Description

Raizcorp is looking for a highly organised Finance and Administration Officer to join its finance department in Sandton, Gauteng. This is a permanent opportunity for a detail-driven candidate who enjoys structure, coordination, follow-ups, documentation, and keeping finance-related business processes running smoothly.
This role is not only focused on finance processing. It includes procurement coordination, supplier administration, contracts administration, compliance records, asset tracking, insurance support, travel coordination, credit card administration, and broader finance operations support.

Minimum Requirements

• A diploma or qualification in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
• At least 2–3 years’ administrative or finance support experience
• Experience in procurement, contracts administration, or compliance administration would be advantageous
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
• Experience working in a multi-entity or group environment would be advantageous

Responsibilities 

• Coordinating procurement requests and procurement processes across the business
• Obtaining supplier quotations and supporting documentation
• Raising and managing purchase orders
• Coordinating supplier onboarding and supplier documentation
• Managing consumables ordering, tracking, and reporting
• Preparing, tracking, filing, and maintaining contracts and supporting documents
• Monitoring contract approvals, renewals, expiries, and outstanding documentation
• Maintaining statutory records and company compliance documentation
• Monitoring compliance deadlines, renewals, and submissions
• Maintaining and updating the group asset register
• Coordinating asset additions, disposals, transfers, and tracking
• Supporting insurance policy administration, renewals, claims, and related documentation
• Coordinating travel bookings, accommodation, transport, itineraries, and supporting records
• Managing company credit card administration and following up on slips, invoices, and supporting documentation
• Maintaining organised operational and finance administrative records
