Omnia Group is hiring a Treasury Administrator to join their finance team in Fourways. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in finance or accounting and at least 2 years’ experience in treasury or financial administration.
You will be responsible for managing daily cash flow reporting, bank reconciliations, compliance with FICA and SARB regulations, and supporting audits and financial reporting processes. The role also involves maintaining banking systems, monitoring liquidity, and working closely with internal finance teams and external stakeholders.

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in finance, or Accounting, or a related field.
• Postgraduate certificate would be advantageous.
• 2+ Years' applied experience within finance
• Ensure compliance with FICA, KYC, SARB, and internal treasury regulations
• Maintain and manage online banking profiles and company banking records
• Monitor daily and weekly cash flow, including inflows, outflows, and liquidity
• Prepare interest income, interest expense, and foreign exposure reports
• Perform bank reconciliations and review treasury journals
• Support the accounting team with financial data and reporting
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Manage exchange control applications and treasury-related admin
• Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Ensure strong risk management and compliance with internal controls
• Conduct regular system and user access reviews (banking platforms)
