• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering or Business Engineering preferred).
• Approximately 2 years’ experience in a Business Analyst or similar analytical role.
• Strong communication skills in both Afrikaans and English (written and verbal).
• Solid analytical thinking and structured problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (2 office days per week).
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand operational challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
